About Traditional Shaolin Arts

Everything starts with the horse stance, or Ma Bu. It is not just about standing still. It is the root of your power, stability, and patience. Whether you train with me at the Vasant Vihar studio or at your home, we do not skip these basics. You have to build your ground before you can move like water.
