My training is guided by the philosophy of masters like Bruce Lee. It is about being adaptable, focused, and powerful. This is a glimpse into the different forms, stances, and the mindset I teach in my martial arts classes.

Precision and control are key in martial arts. Here I am performing the bottle cap challenge, which requires a perfectly executed spinning kick to demonstrate accuracy. We have fun with challenges like this in our sessions.

My classes for kids focus on practical self-defense. Here, students are learning how to apply techniques safely to control a situation, building confidence and real-world skills.

My training covers more than just empty-hand techniques. We also practice with traditional Shaolin weapons like the bo staff to develop coordination, strength, and a deeper understanding of martial arts.

This is a fundamental horse stance from Shaolin Kung Fu. Mastering the basics is the foundation for building true strength, stability, and power in all your movements.

Training should be effective and fun. In this video, I am practicing roundhouse kicks on a punching bag while my young student sits on top, showing the trust and positive energy we build in our classes.
