Be Like Water

I follow the philosophy of "Be like water" - sometimes soft, sometimes powerful. Every session is about finding that flow inside you, not just outer strength.

The Shaolin Way

I teach Shaolin 18 Lohan Chi Kung, an ancient style from the Shaolin Temple. It's a form of Moving Meditation - no fighting, just slow, mindful movement that connects breath, body, and mind. The goal isn't to show off, it's to build your strength from the inside out.

More Than Just Movement

  • Strong, balanced body: Muscles get toned, you stay hamesha (always) fit and steady

Aram Se (Take It Easy)

We leave the tension outside and move aram se (with ease). Every move matches deep breathing, building internal energy cultivation. No hurry, no pressure - just gentle, continuous flow.

Doesn't matter if you're young, old, male, female, or what your fitness level is. If you want a gentle exercise for seniors, relaxation, or a solid foundation for more training, this fits.

My Story

Assalamu Alaikum dosto (hello friends). I’m Aaftab Sheikh Siddiquee, Kung-Fu Master. Been kicking around for 19 years, certified by International Shaolin Kung-Fu Federation. For me, Kung Fu is life - keeps me fitt & active, like water, always moving. I tell my students, defeat is only in your mind. Proud Indian Muslim, my faith gives me strength. I want to help you find power in mind, body, spirit. Never give up, dost 😊.

My Work

All Martial Arts Training - I teach Shaolin Kung Fu, Kids Kung Fu classes, M.M.A self defence, fitness, gymnastics, Wing Chun basics, Taichi meditation, Qigong.

Open for All Ages - Kids, teens, adults - beginners or pros, all are welcome. Start with basics, move up as you grow.

Mind, Body, Spirit Approach - Kung Fu is more than fighting. It helps with focus, self-control, balance, and inner peace.

Authentic Shaolin Style - I teach real Chinese martial arts, from meditation and breathing to kicks like Raund house and Back Hourse.
