Building discipline, fitness, and confidence through authentic Shaolin Kung Fu. My sessions for kids and teens are designed to be engaging, safe, and skill-focused.

This is what dedication and one year of consistent Shaolin Kung Fu training can achieve. I help my students build incredible flexibility and body control from a young age.

My classes for kids focus on practical self-defense. Here, students are learning how to apply techniques safely to control a situation, building confidence and real-world skills.

Here a young student practices his high kicks, using a staff for balance and support. This drill helps improve leg strength, flexibility, and the proper form for a powerful kick.

We work on perfecting striking techniques like this side kick. This builds not just power but also balance, focus, and control in my young martial arts students.

Balance is fundamental in martial arts. This crane stance is an excellent exercise for developing stability and mental focus, which are essential skills for young learners.

Training should be effective and fun. In this video, I am practicing roundhouse kicks on a punching bag while my young student sits on top, showing the trust and positive energy we build in our classes.

About Kids Kung Fu & Self-Defense

I keep my training sessions balanced between hard discipline and fun engagement. Whether we are using gymnastics drills, blocks for flexibility, or practicing the 'botel khol' (bottle cap kick) challenge, my goal is to make every student feel confident and active. We do not just stand around, we move, learn, and grow together.

Martial arts is about more than just fighting. It is about helping your child find their focus, strength, and self-control. In my Kids Kung Fu & Self-Defense classes, I teach authentic Shaolin techniques—from fundamental stances like the Horse stance to practical street safety.

My approach is hands-on. We combine high-energy cardio with gymnastics to build body control and flexibility, which helps prevent injuries.

What your child will learn:

  • Shaolin Fundamentals: We start with basic stances, footwork, and forms to build a strong foundation.
  • Self-Defense: We practice techniques that are useful for real-world situations, helping kids gain confidence and awareness.
  • Fitness & Gymnastics: I incorporate bodyweight exercises, handstands, and stretching drills to improve physical conditioning.
  • Discipline: Every session is an opportunity to learn focus, respect, and the 'never give up' attitude I teach.

Classes are held at my Vasant Vihar studio or I can visit your home for private 1-on-1 sessions. Whether your child is a beginner or looking to advance their skills, they will get direct supervision and a curriculum tailored to their level.
