This is what my high-energy circuit training looks like. We mix dumbbell work, stepper cardio, box jumps, and barbell exercises in a fast-paced Tabata format to keep your heart rate up and build functional strength.
I love incorporating functional and agility drills into our sessions. Here you can see my clients working with agility ladders and doing partner exercises with medicine balls to improve coordination, speed, and power.
We use a variety of equipment to challenge your body in new ways. This session features clients using battle ropes for a full-body workout, medicine balls for explosive power, and barbells for building foundational strength.
My ABT classes are designed to sculpt and strengthen your core. We focus on targeted exercises like assisted leg raises and weighted squats to build stability in your abs, butt, and thighs.
This is my crew after a tough but rewarding Tabata session. The best part of my job is seeing everyone come together, push their limits, and leave feeling proud and accomplished.

I hold sessions across multiple top gyms in Delhi, including 21 Fitness in Vasant Kunj and Punjabi Bagh, Baskey Fitness Club in Dwarka, and The Wellness Club in Vikaspuri. You can drop in for a single session to test the vibe or sign up for a monthly membership for 8 to 12 sessions.
