About The Group Class Vibe
For our group combat sessions, keep in mind that while we provide the heavy bags, the space, and the energy, you will need to bring your own boxing gloves and hand wraps for hygiene. It keeps things clean, and getting used to your own gear is part of the process.
Our group classes aren't about mindless repetitions. We run a signature 'Kick-Box-Con' format—a high-energy mashup of kickboxing, boxing, and conditioning drills designed to torch calories and help you de-stress. You are training under LED lights with bass-heavy music, but it is the people around you that keep you coming back. We see everyone from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners in the same room, all pushing each other to finish the set.
We keep our instructor ratio around 1:15 for these sessions. This ensures you get proper verbal form correction and demonstrations without losing that chaotic, high-energy group atmosphere. Whether you are aiming for weight loss, technical fighting skills, or just want to burn off the frustration of the day, our setup in Greater Kailash-1 is designed for consistency. We don't just want you to show up; we want you to feel like you belong to the family from day one.
