A group squat session in progress. Squats are a fundamental movement for building lower body strength, and we focus on perfect form.
A member working on their cardio and coordination with jump ropes. It's a simple but highly effective tool we use in our circuit training.
A member performing a plate ground-to-overhead lift. This is a full-body functional movement that builds explosive power and strength.
The cardio section of the gym is always buzzing. Here, members are warming up or doing their endurance training on the treadmills as part of their workout.
A high-energy moment from a circuit training class. You can see members moving through different stations, including cardio and bodyweight exercises.
Members performing bear crawls, a challenging full-body exercise that builds core stability, shoulder strength, and coordination.
A dynamic circuit class that combines bodyweight movements with equipment like steppers. This keeps the workouts varied and challenging.
About Group Circuit & Strength Training
The maahaul here is not about standing in line for a treadmill. We use battle ropes, kettlebells, and bodyweight to turn every session into a grind. If you are here to gossip, this is not the spot. If you are here to sweat out the stress of the day with a squad that actually cheers for you, step in. It is about form, intensity, and finishing the set.
Why Circuit Training Works
If you want to burn fat and build strength at the same time, this is the way to go. We keep the heart rate up, the rest periods short, and the energy high. You are not just lifting weights, you are learning to move properly. Whether it is bear crawls, kettlebell swings, or plate ground-to-overhead lifts, everything we do is functional.
Our Approach
This is not a silent gym. We work hard, and we make noise. You will see people pushing tires, hitting pads, or sweating through a jump rope session. The studio has wooden flooring for shock absorption, so you can jump, land, and move safely. We focus on:
- Form first: We do not care how much you lift if your back is rounding.
- Community push: When you want to quit, the person next to you keeps you going.
- Variety: No two days are the same. We mix up the stations so your body keeps guessing.
Located right here in South City 1, our batches are limited to keep the quality high. Whether you are prepping for a marathon or just trying to get back in shape, our circuit sessions adapt to where you are today.
