About Competitive Karate Coaching
What Drives Me
Agar jeet chahiye, toh mehnat karni padegi. Luck ki baat toh sirf cards mein hoti hai. My coaching is all about real effort - no shortcuts and no fake promises.
My Philosophy
Karate is more than just punching and kicking for me. Discipline and determination are at the core, but we don't forget to have a little fun and keep things real. Thoda mazaak, thoda dedication - that's how champions and solid teams are made.
Who This Is For
Not for beginners or those just looking to try something new. This is for athletes who breathe karate, want to compete, and dream of seeing their name at the top, whether that's at the state, national, or international level. If you want to take your game beyond the basics, you’ll fit right in.
How We Train
- Advanced sparring (kumite) sessions focused on WKF rules karate coaching
- High-intensity, practical drills and live matches to prep you for real competition pressure
- Karate competition fitness program: strength, speed, power, and stamina, both in and out of the dojo
- Customized prep for state and national karate preparation, including event-specific tactics and team building
- I coach both individuals and teams, and I’m there ringside giving live advice during matches
My Experience
From National Team player to certified coach and AKF judge, I’ve seen every side of the mat. Training is at SAI STC, Shillong or 99 Martial Arts Hub, Najafgarh, Delhi.

My Story
Namaste, I'm Sunil. Life for me is half karate discipline, half masti (fun). Nine years I fought for India, won medals, now I coach at SAI. Hard work is my mantra – safalta mehnat se hi milti hai (success comes from effort). But I also love travelling to the hills, chilling with my gudiya (daughter), living every moment. Balance is everything – inside the dojo and outside with family and friends.
My Work
Karate Coaching for Aspiring Athletes - I train youth, mostly 12-18, for state, national, and international karate competitions.
Certified SAI Coach & AKF Judge - I'm a Sports Authority of India coach and Asian Karate Federation judge, with global experience.
Discipline-Focused Training - Luck is for gamblers. In my dojo, we build champions with hard work and patience.
