Karate is more than just punching and kicking for me. Discipline and determination are at the core, but we don't forget to have a little fun and keep things real. Thoda mazaak, thoda dedication - that's how champions and solid teams are made.

How We Train

• Advanced sparring (kumite) sessions focused on WKF rules karate coaching
• High-intensity, practical drills and live matches to prep you for real competition pressure
• Karate competition fitness program: strength, speed, power, and stamina, both in and out of the dojo
• Customized prep for state and national karate preparation, including event-specific tactics and team building
• I coach both individuals and teams, and I’m there ringside giving live advice during matches

My Experience

From National Team player to certified coach and AKF judge, I’ve seen every side of the mat. Training is at SAI STC, Shillong or 99 Martial Arts Hub, Najafgarh, Delhi.
