Professional Karate & Self-Defense Training
I don't believe in shortcuts. Whether you are a beginner, a kid, or a pro, we train on the mat with sweat, discipline, and honest hard work.
This is what I mean when I say come to the mat. Here, I am demonstrating a high-impact Ura Mawashi Geri, or hook kick, on a punching dummy. Perfecting this kick requires immense flexibility, balance, and core strength, all of which we build from day one in my karate classes.
This is the result of pure dedication. I am incredibly proud to stand with the Indian Police Karate Team after their historic win at the World Police Games in Canada. We brought home 18 medals, including 15 golds, proving that with the right coaching and relentless hard work, anything is possible.
It all starts here. These young champions are practicing Kumite, or sparring, with full protective gear. My karate classes for kids focus on building a strong foundation in a safe environment, teaching them discipline, respect, and the confidence to defend themselves.
Training for the elite. This is a glimpse into a sparring session at the Delhi Police Karate Academy. We focus on high-intensity drills, reaction time, and combat strategy to prepare these officers for national and international competitions.
No fancy equipment needed, just pure will. This is a core strengthening exercise using bricks to build stability and power. My fitness workouts are tough and use whatever is available to make you strong, proving that your body is the best tool you have.
This is not sport, this is survival. Here, I demonstrate a simple but effective self-defense technique to escape a chokehold. My practical self-defense lessons are designed for real-life situations, giving you the skills and confidence to protect yourself.
Health is the real wealth. Whether it's through yoga and meditation or practicing karate in the mountains, connecting with your body is the most important thing. If your body is strong, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
My team, my pride. This is a group of dedicated students at the dojo, ready for their karate training session. We are a community built on mutual respect and the shared goal of becoming stronger, both mentally and physically.
About Featured
I don't teach shortcuts. Whether we are using bricks to build grip strength or running through high-intensity pad drills, every exercise is designed to make you physically tough and mentally sharp. If you are ready to put in the work and sweat for it, you will see the results on the mat.
My Training Philosophy
For me, the dojo is a temple. I don't care if you are here for a medal or just to get fit; the process is the same. We focus on 'sharir' (body) and 'lagan' (dedication). My training style is rooted in realism—we don't just go through the motions. We spar, we condition, and we push.
Who I Train
I handle a wide range of students at my Kingsway Camp dojo:
- Kids & Beginners: I focus on building a foundation of discipline, flexibility, and basic forms. It is about confidence, not just fighting.
- Adults & Self-Defense: Practical, street-smart techniques to handle real-world situations. We cover escapes, strikes, and reflexes.
- Competitive Athletes: High-intensity Kumite and Kata training for those aiming for district or national level sports quotas. This is serious, high-rigor work.
- Police & Army Aspirants: I apply the same conditioning standards I use when coaching the Delhi Police Karate team, focusing on endurance and combat efficiency.
The Environment
We train in a fully equipped space with mats, bags, and mirrors, but I also believe in outdoor endurance sessions. Whether it is yoga for mental resilience or heavy bag work for power, my goal is to make you capable. If you are ready to start, come to the mat.

I’m Rravi Dutt Bhardwaj. I don't use fancy gym machines and I don't teach shortcuts. Whether you want to learn self-defense or train for a medal, I teach the same way: with sweat, focus, and a lot of heart.
