My Approach
Either move like you own the place, or move like you just don’t care who does. That’s how I see fighting and life. My MMA training isn’t a timepass or hobby class. It’s real - for fitness, for self-defense, or if you want to fight for real.
What We Actually Do
- While most people are stretching under a blanket, I’m busy breaking a sweat in the gym.
- I cover everything - no shortcut, no drama.
Striking & Grappling
We drill basics and combos in boxing and kickboxing. You’ll hit pads, bags, and get into controlled sparring to build striking and grappling skills.
Takedowns & Mat Work
Wrestling drills for closing distance, clinch control, and taking people down. On the ground, we grind out submissions, escapes, and all the mixed martial arts ground techniques you need.
Strength & Conditioning
I believe in building real power - think barbells, tire flips, combat fitness training, and HIIT for that ‘fighter engine’.
Who Trains With Me
Anyone with a fighting mindset. Men, women, kids - attitude matters, not background.

- Aspiring fighters: Sharpen skills, push limits.
- Women: I want more girls to train and get tough - no excuses, just effort.
