I am the official coach for the Delhi Police Karate Team, a role I take with immense pride. I train these dedicated officers in advanced combat techniques and conditioning to prepare them for national and international police games. It is never too early to start learning the way of the warrior. My classes for kids and beginners focus on building a strong foundation of discipline, confidence, and physical strength in a safe and encouraging environment. We cover basic punches, kicks, blocks, and safe sparring drills.
