Group Taekwondo Training
Session Details
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month (3 days a week).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Format: Mixed age group cohort (primarily kids and teens).
- Location: Hybrid model using parks in Vasant Vihar/Gurugram or shared dojo spaces.
Curriculum & Drills
- Syllabus: Standard World Taekwondo (WT) forms and stance training.
- Technical: Repetitive pad work for roundhouse, side, and axe kicks.
- Combat: Light contact sparring and street safety release techniques.
- Equipment: Kick pads and target mitts provided during class.
Progression & Requirements
- Physicality: Includes calisthenics warm ups for flexibility.
- Exams: Preparation for belt promotion tests (exam and certificate fees are extra).
- Gear: Students must purchase their own protective gear for sparring.
1-on-1 Taekwondo & Fitness Coaching
Personalization & Schedule
- Frequency: 12 sessions per month with flexible scheduling.
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per session.
- Location: Service delivered at client home or designated gym floor.
- Attention: 100% private coaching for immediate form correction.
Hybrid Training
- Focus: Customized blend of Taekwondo combat techniques and functional weight loss exercises.
- Equipment: Coach carries focus mitts, kick paddles, and resistance bands to the venue.
- Mobility: Assisted stretching specifically for high kick flexibility (splits training).
Physique & Diet
- Nutrition: Basic diet chart creation based on natural bodybuilding principles.
- Tracking: Weekly monitoring of weight and body measurements.
- Intensity: High intensity military style motivation.

Mind First, Body Follows
For me, Taekwondo is more about building a strong mind than just throwing punches. I’m a black belt and athlete, but what matters most is how martial arts shapes your thinking, confidence, and discipline. Fighting is just one part - real strength starts inside.
Kids’ Program (Chhoton ke liye)
I run a special program for kids. It’s not just about kicks and blocks. I focus on:
- Discipline and focus - paying attention, following instructions
- Respect - for the art, for me, and for each other
- Hard work - results come from effort, not shortcuts
This helps kids build character that sticks with them, even outside the dojo.
How We Train
Training is structured, but I keep it flexible. We follow the Taekwondo belt system - you earn every level with dedication. No shortcut, no jugaad (no tricks). Sessions happen in indoor gyms, dojos, and sometimes outdoors in parks for a fresh vibe. Everyone wears the dobok (uniform) - it’s about respect and unity.
My Simple Funda
Seedhi baat (straight talk) - no secrets. Consistency beats excuses. The ‘kal se karunga’ (I’ll start tomorrow) mindset doesn’t work here. Mehnat lagti hai (hard work is needed) - black belts are made, not born. Off days happen, but showing up is what counts.

Anyone ready to work hard - kids, adults, beginners. You don’t need to be fit, just bring the right mindset. Leave excuses at home, bas bharosa rakho (just have faith).

Body banana hai toh natural way se banao - steroids waale body se compare mat karo. Mindset sabse important, gym sirf ek part hai. Akele mehnat karo, sabke saamne result dikhayega. Fitness sirf body nahi, character bhi hai. Main aapko yahi sikhaunga.

Form Pe Dhyan - Galat RDL? Sahi form sikhata hoon, weight kam chalega par form perfect hoga. Strong body = sahi form.
Shuruaat Asaan - Beginners ke liye simple drills, consistency pe focus. Perfect hona zaroori nahi, lagataar rehna zaroori hai.
Natural & Desi Approach - Natural strength training, bina shortcuts. Diet ka matlab ghar ka khana, fancy nahi, quantity control karo bas.
Mindset Training - Breathing, focus, limits push karna sikhaunga. Mind strong toh muscles follow karenge.
