Pricing Guide
Foundation Batch (3 Days/Week)
Core Curriculum
- 3 sessions per week (approx. 60-75 mins)
- Introduction to Shito-ryu basics (Kihon), stances, and punches
- Preparation for initial grading (White to Yellow belt)
Conditioning & Facility
- High-intensity outdoor warm-ups, running, and agility ladder drills
- Outdoor or semi-indoor training (Non-AC environment)
- Mixed age groups (10-20 students) fostering a community vibe
Equipment & Support
- Access to shared agility cones and kicking targets
- Direct supervision focusing on discipline and mental strength
Advanced Competition Batch (6 Days/Week)
Competitive Training
- 6 sessions per week (Mon-Sat, 90+ mins duration)
- Full-contact Kumite (sparring) drills using gloves and foot protectors
- Advanced Kata forms and practical self-defense takedowns
Championship Focus
- Dedicated preparation for District, State, and SFA tournaments
- Tactical training on tournament rules, scoring, and mat strategy
- Eligibility for selection in official association teams
Elite Conditioning
- Advanced endurance training, plyometrics, and core strengthening
- Use of focus mitts and kicking shields for power training
- Mentorship on diet and athletic mindset
About Karate Training
Jalna padega yaar. No shortcuts.
Karate here isn’t a hobby class. I teach Shito-ryu karate, but my training goes way beyond just moves - it’s a real tapasya (discipline). You’ll face plenty of kasht (hardship) and if you want an easy ride, this isn’t the place. If you can bring full shiddat (intensity), you’ll fit right in.
What I Offer

- Karate for self-defense: Practical skills to keep you safe outside the dojo, not just scoring points.
- Karate competition training: We prep for both Kata (forms) and Kumite (sparring) with one goal - winning medals.
- Karate strength and conditioning: You’ll build raw power, agility, and stamina. No fancy gym, just hard work.
Who Can Join?
Kids, adults, seniors, beginners - anyone willing to grind. We start everyone at white belt, and every belt upgrade is earned, not given.
Training Routine: Rukna Nahi Hai (No Stopping)
We train everywhere - parks, courts, mats. Basics get drilled till they’re second nature. Expect hardcore conditioning with agility drills, sapate (burpee/squat thrust), and tough sparring rounds. Progress gets marked by regular belt tests that push your limits.

My students regularly bring home medals from district to state championships. If you want to become a fighter and maybe a champion, this is where you start.

My Story
Karate for me, it’s pyar h, kya kre (it’s love, what to do). Discipline is my mantra. Jalna padega yaar, koi rasta nahi hai (you gotta burn, there’s no shortcut). My students, my stars – their wins, their Teacher’s Day cakes, that’s real happiness. Silver medal? I come back harder. This journey is about shiddat (intensity), imandari (honesty), and never giving up. Manzil to abhi bahut dur hai (the destination’s far), but we keep moving.
