About Taekwondo Training
Why Taekwondo Is More Than Kicks
For me, Taekwondo is zindagi (life). People call me Guru ji, but here, we are all students of discipline. It's not just about fighting - it's about what you do when no one's watching. Har girna ek seekh hai, har uthna ek jeet hai (every fall a lesson, every rise a victory). I see martial arts as building your character, not just your body.
What You’ll Learn
In my class, you’ll get a lot more than taekwondo sparring drills or fancy moves. I focus on:
- Martial arts discipline: channel your energy, control your mind
- Real confidence: stand tall anywhere
- Respect and courage: not just for the mat, but for life We use Taekwondo to fight stress, anxiety, and those habits that keep you glued to your phone.
How Training Works
Our beginner to black belt program is structured and tough. Every belt marks your journey - pain, sweat, and effort. Expect:
- Serious warm-ups and fitness drills
- Daily stretching for flexibility
- Technique & forms (Poomsae) till they’re second nature
- Controlled sparring with protective gear
For All Ages & Goals
Little Champs get fun, disciplined training. Youth and adults take on advanced techniques and competitive fitness. We run special women's self-defence Taekwondo batches too.
My Rulebook
This is not your home. Drama and excuses don’t fly here. Thakna allow nahi, rukna allow nahi (no quitting, no stopping). Only 100% dedication. If you show up with that, I’ll help you become a champion.

My Story
Namaste, I'm Nandan, but most call me Guru Ji. Taekwondo, 'Ishq Hai Ye' (it's love for me), not just business. Academy’s named after my son, Sanju. My students? Like my own kids. Sakhti karta hu (I’m strict), but that’s how champions are made. We started small, now we’ve got a bigger branch because students wanted more space. Here, we train, joke, and even travel together. This place, every sweaty training, every silly reel, is my story.
My Work
Taekwondo for All Ages - We train everyone – little champs, seniors, beginners, black belts. Special batches for women and self-defense.
Discipline & Hard Work First - Luck nahi, mehnat hai (No luck, just hard work). Training is tough. 'No Pain No Gain.' Push your limits, grow stronger.
More Than Martial Arts - Taekwondo builds focus, discipline, confidence. Not just about punches, but getting back up after falling.
Family Vibes - STA is a family. We train hard, laugh harder, support each other. Here, lives change, not just games.
