Maidan pe aa jao, asli karate kya hota hai wahan samajh aayega. See my training drills, from punching bag intensity to outdoor conditioning, that build real power and precision.

A powerful roundhouse kick demonstrated on the punching dummy. This is the raw power and technique that I teach my students to develop.

Breaking down the Ura Mawashi Geri (hook kick). This drill focuses on the correct chamber, execution, and retraction of the leg for maximum impact.

An amazing spinning hook kick, a difficult but highly effective technique that requires perfect timing, balance, and speed.

"Work hard in silence, your success will make the noise." Practicing kicks outdoors connects us with nature and challenges our balance on uneven ground.

A demonstration of a fast and powerful kicking combination. This is the level of skill and fitness that my training helps you achieve.

Practicing a karate stance high up in the mountains. Training in nature builds not just physical strength but also mental resilience.

You must have passion. A series of quick, powerful kicks on the punching bag, showing the kind of intensity we bring to every session.

My team and I practicing our kicks in front of the iconic India Gate. We take our training and our pride in our nation everywhere we go.

Practicing with a resistance band attached to my leg. This adds an extra challenge to my kicks, helping to build explosive strength.

A jumping front kick on the punching bag. This advanced technique requires coordination, timing, and explosive power.

About Training in Action: Drills & Demos

I don't believe in gym machines, just sweat and consistent discipline. Whether you are hitting a punching bag in my dojo or working out on uneven ground outdoors, the goal is always the same: building body control, hip rotation, and functional strength that stays with you. No shortcuts here, just hard, repetitive work.

At my dojo at Kingsway Camp, we do not just mimic moves; we deconstruct them. You will see in these drills that we focus heavily on Kihon, the foundation of every powerful strike. Whether it is the hip rotation in a roundhouse kick or the precision of a Kata sequence, there is a science to the movement that you must understand before you can master it.

Beyond the mat, I often take training outdoors. Training on uneven ground or in open parks forces your body to adapt, building core stability that you simply cannot get in a controlled gym environment. I incorporate unconventional tools like bricks and resistance bands, not for aesthetics, but to build explosive power and functional endurance.

If you are aiming for district or national competitions, our Kumite training is intense—full contact, high pressure, and tactical, just like the training I provide for the Delhi Police Karate team. For those joining for fitness or self-defense, we focus on HIIT-style conditioning that burns fat and builds mental toughness. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to coach you.

I am Rravi, a former Commonwealth athlete and currently coaching the Delhi Police Karate team. My style is simple: we sweat, we learn, and we repeat until the technique becomes second nature. If you are looking for a magic fix, you won't find it here, but if you want to build real strength and discipline, we will get along just fine.
