Why I Do This

Ram ram ladle. Fitness for me is about real sukoon (peace) that comes from hard work, not just showing off muscles. I keep things simple and straight - no fancy talk, just training that actually works.

How I Train

Boxing is at the heart of my sessions. You won’t be stuck on a treadmill here. I teach you proper punches, footwork, and defense, mixing it up with strength and conditioning. Even if you’ve never boxed before, I’ll start from scratch. If you want to go pro, we can do that too, but mostly, it’s about using boxing-based fitness routines to get you fit and confident.

My Story

Ram ram ladle, I’m Coach Pushpraj. Fitness and boxing, that’s my life, not just some timepass. Got my certificate from NIS, because asli kaam (real work) needs proper training. You get one life, boss, so make it count. My 'sukoon' is chilling with family and sweating it out in training. I’m desi at heart, proud Indian, and I find my strength in our roots and this sport.
