What You Get With Me
If you want regular karate, this isn't it. I teach you how to win. My coaching is for those who want to go beyond basics and learn elite Kumite sparring drills that set you apart. The first thing I tell my students - "I Can & I Win". Mindset makes the fighter.
Training Style
- We drill what actually scores at the top level. Ippon scoring techniques like Mawashi Geri (roundhouse kick), Ura Mawashi, Ashibarai (leg sweep) - you’ll get these down till they’re reflex.
- I share real tactics from my own journey, like how to read your opponent or control your weight category. You’ll learn how to build your own fight routine, the kind that makes you feel untouchable in the ring.
- Competitive karate strength conditioning is a big part - squats, deadlifts, explosive plyometrics, speed drills, and core work. You’ll sweat, and sometimes you’ll curse me, but you’ll thank me when you last longer than anyone else in the match.
My Story
I started as just another guy, aam jahe munde. Today, I’m Asian Rank 4, South Asian Gold Medalist, 5-time Delhi State Champion. Hun khichde ne photo, kade khichde si lattan (now they take my photo, once they pulled my legs). I know what it takes. I’ll give you the tools, but you bring the grit.

My Story
Hanji, Ramandeep Singh Kapoor here. Team India da munda, but still that 'aam munda' at heart. From sweating it out at Nationals to grinding for South Asian Gold, my journey is full of learning. PhD kar reha haan, Masters vi hai - not just fighting, but the science too. My dad, coaches, and Deepika didi - ohna bina kuch vi nahi. Bhai da pyaar vadda cheez hai. I believe, khuli akh vi kabhi kuch nahi dekhti (open eyes sometimes see nothing) - so stay woke, tension naa laiyo (don’t stress), just keep playing.
