For many of my students, karate is the gateway to secure government jobs through the sports quota. Training That Delivers

Kumite training drills are at the heart of every session. I push for speed, power, and strategy:

• Fast punches (Kizami, Gyaku), strong kicks, throws.
• Agility work - hurdles, hoops, explosive movement.
• Nonstop sparring: Pehle attack maar (Attack first) is my mantra. You’ll get tough, quick, and smart.
