About Judo Training
My Approach
Judo isn’t a shortcut sport. I always say, 6 mahine, 1 saal mein kuch nahi hota (nothing happens in 6 months or 1 year). You build real skill and strength slowly, day after day. Even if your name is small, pehchaan khud ke dam par banani hai (identity must be earned on your own terms). On my mat, your ego is the only thing you’re fighting first. If you can beat your own doubts, tum apne aap se mat haarna (don’t lose to yourself), then no one else can beat you.
What Training Looks Like
- Fundamentals first, always. I break down judo throws and takedowns, from basic foot sweeps to tricky moves like Seoi nage.
- Groundwork training in judo is a must. You learn pins, submissions, and how to control any fight once it hits the mat.
- I focus hard on judo conditioning drills. You’ll do solo Uchi-komi, Ukemi, rope climbs, sled pushes, and more. It’s intense and sometimes you’ll wonder why you signed up, but that’s where the growth happens.
Mindset & Environment
This isn’t just about fighting. It’s about building self-discipline through judo, no matter who you are or where you start. Men, women, total beginners or not, I care about your effort, not your background. Training happens at Bodhiraan Judo & MMA Academy, Gurugram - a raw, no-nonsense space with everything you need, but none of the frills. It’s all about mutual respect and hard work.
If you’re ready for a real journey, not just a quick win, you’ll fit in here.

My Story
Family first, that's me. Haryanvi roots, proud and loud. My wife, she's my backbone, and our papakiladli (little darling) completes the circle. Mandir trips, Bullet rides at raat (night), simple joys, big heart. Bas, Jai Mata Di, Har Har Mahadev. For me, it's all about working hard, loving your people, and staying true to where you come from.
My Work
