About Judo & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
What We Stand For
I’m Bodhi Ran - my name means enlightenment and battle, and on the mat, both come together. Here, it’s not just about fighting others, it’s about fighting your own limits. That’s our real battle. The mat shows you who you really are.
Aaj rang, kal ring – dono me dum dikhaenge. (Today with colors, tomorrow in the ring - we’ll show our spirit in both.) We live with full spirit and discipline, not just in sport but in life.
What We Teach
I focus on two arts: Judo (the gentle way) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Judo throws and takedowns teach you how to use leverage and balance, working with a Judo Gi. BJJ submission grappling is more about ground control, escapes, and finishing the fight with joint locks and chokes. We train in both Gi and No-Gi training, so you get the full experience.
Who’s Welcome?
Everyone. No matter how strong you are, we look for perseverance. Beginners get patient coaching, women get practical self-defense skills, and kids (8+) build discipline, confidence, and focus that lasts. Honestly, it’s tough but worth it, and you’ll always have support.
How We Train
Classes run Monday to Friday, with Judo first, then BJJ. Expect drills, technique, and live sparring. It’s not easy, but there’s no shortcut for growth. Every day is a fresh battle, and you’ll feel it.

My Story
We’re Bodhi Ran - enlightenment and battle, both. Here, struggle isn’t just a word, it’s our daily routine. Kids come in nervous, walk out with medals. Women find strength they didn’t know existed. Fighters fall, get up, and punch harder. I picked up some serious lessons from top Judokas in Japan, brought all that back for our crew. Holi or sparring, impact matters. Rang barse ya punches, both hit solid. We’re a tribe of warriors. Jai Hind!
