Karate shaped my life, and this conditioning is at the heart of it. For me, it’s not about showing off medals, it’s about showing up for yourself every day. I want to help you build a body that’s strong and flexible enough to handle whatever comes - in martial arts, or just life.

How We Train

This isn’t your regular gym ka scene (not your average gym routine). I mix up Karate basics, gymnastics moves, and old-school fitness. Every session is about:

  • Deep stretching and dynamic stretching routines - backbends, high kicks, and moves to make you feel lighter and faster.
  • Core workouts like planks and martial arts mobility drills - because real power starts from your center.
  • Stamina building for fighters - warm-ups and drills to get your engine running for longer, and make daily life easier too.

Who Can Join

No age bar, no gender bar. Kids, teens, adults, sabko welcome hai (everyone’s welcome). Fitness level doesn’t matter. All you need is the will to start. Trust me, I’ve seen even the most nervous beginners surprise themselves.

Where We Train

We meet at Noida Stadium. Some days on mats, some days on grass. Training in a group gives a different vibe - everyone pushes each other, and energy stays high.

My Story

Namaste! Balkishan here. Karate isn’t just kicks and belts for me, it’s about winning over yourself. That’s why I started Balkishan Karate Classes in Noida. Watching students—kids, girls, boys—grow in confidence, that’s my biggest joy. We’re one big family, training, learning, cheering each other. Especially for girls, self-defense is super important. For me, teaching means sharing what I know, guiding, and celebrating every step. Simple, honest, and together.

My Work

Fun & Fundamentals - We focus on karate fundamentals, group classes at Noida Stadium, outdoor sessions, celebrating every win.
