Practical Self-Defense Training
I teach Judo self-defense techniques that actually work. Forget the theory. Learn how to use momentum to protect yourself with confidence in any situation.
This video shows a practical, real-world application of Judo for self-defense. I demonstrate how to use a simple wrist lock to control and neutralize a threat without needing to be bigger or stronger.
To defend yourself, you must always be ready. This is my fighting stance, a reminder that achieving your goals requires you to be prepared to face challenges every single day.
About Practical Self-Defense
This is not about movie stunts. We practice real wrist locks and ground control, focusing on body mechanics so you can neutralize a threat even if you are smaller or face a stronger opponent. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your reflexes, the dojo is where we put in the work.
Why Judo for Self-Defense
Many people think self-defense is just about throwing punches. In reality, it is about leverage. When you train with me, you learn how to use an attacker's weight and momentum against them. This is the core of Judo. We focus on fundamentals like safe falling (Ukemi) to protect your joints, followed by Nage-waza (throws) and Ne-waza (ground control) to ensure you stay safe if a fight goes to the ground.
The Real Work
There are no shortcuts here. I have trained everything from curious beginners to Delhi Police teams, and the requirement is always the same: discipline. We train at our Kingsway Camp facility on matted floors, keeping the environment serious and focused. We do not do 'soft' training. You will sweat, you will practice, and you will learn how to handle real-world pressure.
Who is this for?
Whether you are a student, a working professional, or an athlete preparing for recruitment trials, this training is designed to build your physical confidence. My classes are structured to ensure every student gets attention, with group training sizes kept at a level where I can correct your form personally. We prioritize fitness, reflexes, and the mental toughness required to handle a threat. If you are ready to put in the time, come to the mat.
