Standard Monthly Training
Schedule & Location
- Frequency: 6 days a week training regimen (Monday to Saturday).
- Duration: Sessions last approximately 90 to 120 minutes.
- Timing: Choice of Morning (6:00 AM start) or Evening batches.
- Venue: Training at Ramjas Sports Complex using dirt and synthetic tracks.
Core Performance Training
- Endurance: Structured volume training for 1600m and 5km runs.
- Speed: Interval training, sprint drills (100m/200m), and starting block technique.
- Agility: Mini-hurdles and cone drills to improve footwork.
Technical Events
- High Jump: Technique drills using professional crash mats.
- Long Jump: Runway consistency, takeoff drills, and sand pit landing.
- Shot Put: Stance and throwing techniques for Delhi Police standards.
Conditioning
- Strength: High-intensity workouts including calisthenics and stair running.
- Assessment: Periodic time-trials to track speed and jump improvements.
Intensive Quarterly Target Batch
Enhanced Access
- Duration: 3 months of continuous training aligned with recruitment timelines.
- Double Sessions: Permission to attend both Morning and Evening sessions for accelerated fitness.
- Priority Correction: Direct feedback on biomechanics to prevent technical fouls in jumps.
Test Simulation
- Mock Tests: Full-dress rehearsals simulating exam day fatigue (Run followed by Jumps).
- Strategy: Guidance on race pacing and warm-up timing for the actual recruitment day.
Kit & Extras
- Uniform: Includes one standard Arun Athletics Academy training jersey.
- Community: Full integration into senior peer groups for morale.

Why I Train
'Jo ho nahi sakta', wahi to karna hai. I’ve worn the Army uniform and lived the grind, so I know what it takes. My coaching isn’t textbook stuff - it’s what actually works on ground. I’m a National Medalist and a SAI-certified coach, but for me, athletics mera asli junoon hai (athletics is my true passion).
What I Offer
I help you crack the Physical Endurance and Efficiency Tests for Indian Army, Delhi Police, and other state forces. Whether you’re aiming for Agniveer or other entries, male or female, my program is built for serious aspirants only. Physical endurance test coaching is more than just running - it’s about building grit.
How We Train
- Every event matters: 1600m run, high jump, long jump, sprints, and agility drills.
- Stamina building for defence exams is tough. We work on synthetic tracks, grass, and mitti (dirt) - so you’re ready for any surface.
- Speed and power drills using cones, hurdles, and harnesses to get that explosive kick.
- Full-body conditioning - not just for looks, but so you don’t get injured when it counts.
Real Results, Real Risks
No shortcuts here. Saara khel practice ka hai (it’s all about practice). Rain or shine, we show up. My trainees are now in Delhi Police and other forces - seeing them succeed is my biggest reward.

My Story
Naam Arun Kumar hai, but everyone calls me Arun sir. Army ka discipline, athletics ka junoon (passion) - that’s my life. National Medalist bana, not by chance, but by doing the same thing again and again. Greatness comes from practice, not shortcuts. M.P.Ed kiya Delhi University se, science samajhne ke liye. Ab students ko wahi josh sikhaata hoon. Jo impossible lagta hai, wahi karna hai. Podium pe students ko dekh ke, bas dil khush ho jata hai.
My Work
All Athletics Training - I coach sprints, long-distance, hurdles, jumps, shot put, marathon preparation, and Army physical exam training.
Discipline & Practice - Training is fauji-level tough. Practice, practice, practice. You want results, you have to show dedication.
Who Can Join - Young kids, serious athletes, anyone ready to work hard. Age nahi, attitude matter karta hai.
Results & Achievements - Students win medals at Delhi State and Khelo India. National medalist coaching, real results. System hai bhai!
