About Taekwondo Training
Why I Coach
Mera mission simple hai - I want to create future Olympic champions for India, but Taekwondo at Aarav isn’t just about medals. It’s about building a strong mind and body. For me, asli jeet (real victory) means beating your own doubts, not just beating someone in the ring.
What You Get Here
- Discipline and respect form the backbone of everything we do. You’ll learn to respect the mat, your coach, and most importantly, yourself.
- Mental strength is a daily grind here. I include meditation and focus exercises, because without a strong mind, kicks don’t matter.
- Confidence and Taekwondo self-defense training go hand in hand - you’ll walk taller and know how to handle tough situations.
Training Style
Yeh koi shortcut nahi hai (this isn’t a shortcut). We train hard, and mehnat (hard work) is guaranteed. Expect:
- Competitive Taekwondo sparring with full gear and real tournament vibes.
- Physical conditioning with tires, ropes, and intense ABS drills - flexibility and power are both important.
- Clear growth path: regular Taekwondo belt promotion tests and official certificates mark your progress.
Who Fits In
Kids (3+ years), youth, and adults - all are welcome. For little champs, I mix games and masti (fun) with basics. Older students train in groups and push each other to improve.
My Promise
Here, losing just means learning. All that matters is your will to get back up and your khud pe vishwas (self-belief). If you’re ready for hard work, I’m ready to coach you.

My Story
Mission Olympic, that’s the dream. For me, Taekwondo isn’t just kicks and punches, yaar. Padhai hi keval jeevan thodi hai? (Is studying the only thing in life?) Real fight is inside, asal jeet uss awaaz ko harane mein hai (true victory is beating that voice inside). I was a player, now I live my dream through my students, my chota champions. Awards mil gaye, but real award is confidence in their eyes. Bas yahi chaiye, aur kuch nahi.
