A calm, nurturing sanctuary in Yeshwanthpur designed for your health and peace of mind. Whether you join us in the studio or from your home, you are part of our family.

Welcome to my Swasth Arogya Nilaya, an abode of health and wellness. I designed the Yeshwanthpur studio to be a calm, clean, and welcoming space where you can feel safe and supported as you focus on your healing journey.

The ambiance of our studio is designed to promote peace and positivity. From the traditional brass lamp and indoor plants to the sacred Om symbol, every detail is meant to help you feel at home.

The love for San Yoga has no borders. I was so happy to welcome these students from Argentina to our studio in Bangalore, sharing the practice and creating a beautiful connection between our cultures.

Celebrating International Day of Yoga is always a special occasion at the studio. It is a day for our community to come together, practice in harmony, and reaffirm our commitment to a life of wellness.

For the 10th International Day of Yoga, my beloved yogis joined me both in the studio and online. It was a wonderful celebration of our shared practice and the global community we have built together.

Our yoga community comes together to celebrate important days, even during online sessions. Here is a glimpse of our students celebrating the 75th Republic Day with a shared sense of national pride.

In this New Year's message, I invite you to make 2025 your year for health and happiness. Join our San Yoga community and let's begin this journey together, living life the San Yoga way.

Inspired by the words of Swami Vivekananda, "Arise, Awake, and Stop not until the goal is reached," I shared this message to welcome a new year. It is a reminder for all of us to pursue our wellness goals with determination.

About A Space to Heal: Our Studio & Community

When you walk into our Yeshwanthpur studio, you will not find cold, industrial lighting. The space features wood flooring and natural ventilation, set up with specific props like chairs, bolsters, and wooden blocks. This ensures that every asana, whether you are managing arthritis, post-surgery recovery, or chronic pain, remains physically supported, safe, and tailored to your unique body.
