Pricing Guide
Monthly Unlimited Group Class Pass
Core Access
- Validity: 30 consecutive days of unlimited entry.
- Session Duration: 45 to 60 minutes per class depending on intensity.
- Class Roster: Full access to Aerobics, Step Aerobics, Zumba, Bollywood Dance, Bhangra Funk, Power Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Group Toning.
Studio Infrastructure
- Flooring: Laminated wooden flooring designed for shock absorption and knee protection.
- Climate Control: Split AC units assisted by ceiling fans with wall-to-wall form correction mirrors.
- Audio: Professional PA sound system with instructor headsets.
Equipment Provided
- Cardio: Height-adjustable heavy-duty aerobic steppers.
- Strength: Rubber-coated hex dumbbells (1kg to 5kg range), kettlebells, and stability balls.
- Mats: Standard PVC yoga mats.
Facility Amenities
- General: Changing rooms, shoe storage cubbies, and water refilling station.
Quarterly Hybrid Membership (Studio + Gym)
Hybrid Access Zones
- Zone 1 (Studio): Unlimited access to all group classes (Zumba, Step Aerobics, Yoga, HIIT).
- Zone 2 (Gym Floor): Access to cardio section (treadmills/spin bikes) and strength section (pin-loaded machines and free weights).
- Validity: 90 days (3 Months) total access.
Progress & Support
- Assessment: Initial and monthly BMI and weight check-ins.
- Advisory: General nutritional guidance and lifestyle correction tips.
- Booking: Priority spot allocation for peak-hour classes (6 PM to 8 PM).
Member Perks
- Events: Access to studio-hosted themed workouts (Anniversaries, Navratri, etc).
- Challenges: Entry into internal fitness competitions like plank or burpee challenges.
- Communication: Inclusion in members-only groups for schedule updates.
Additional Facilities
- Parking: Free parking availability at the complex.

What We Do
- Aerobics & Step Aerobics: High energy aerobics sessions, music pumping, and sometimes a full-on retro throwback.
- Bollywood Dance Fitness: No boring cardio - it's literally a dance party with Bollywood and pop tracks. You don’t need to know the steps, just bring your energy.
- Pilates: Group Pilates for beginners or anyone, building strength and fixing that slouchy posture.
- Yoga & Stretch: Chill out, breathe, and get bendy.
- Strength & HIIT: Want to feel strong? Join in for group sweat and lots of encouragement.
Who Fits In?
Mostly women, moms, and anyone who wants to feel stronger and happier, aged 19 to 59. Total newbies, longtime fitness lovers, all are welcome. Hamari jaan hai ISTA (ISTA is our soul) – the vibe is for everyone.

My Story
Hey, Rashmi here! ISTA isn’t just another gym - it’s our hangout spot, our ‘Girlie Gang’ adda. Been coaching for 15+ years, watched new moms get their groove back and seniors find their spark.
