This is a Community, Not Just a Class
Call it a ‘Girlie Gang’, sisterhood, or just your new tribe - here, everyone brings good vibes. The energy is always peppy, the support is real, and you’ll find yourself actually looking forward to showing up. We celebrate together, sweat together, and nobody judges if you laugh in the middle of a squat.
What We Do
- Aerobics & Step Aerobics: High energy aerobics sessions, music pumping, and sometimes a full-on retro throwback.
- Bollywood Dance Fitness: No boring cardio - it's literally a dance party with Bollywood and pop tracks. You don’t need to know the steps, just bring your energy.
- Pilates: Group Pilates for beginners or anyone, building strength and fixing that slouchy posture.
- Yoga & Stretch: Chill out, breathe, and get bendy.
- Strength & HIIT: Want to feel strong? Join in for group sweat and lots of encouragement.
Who Fits In?
Mostly women, moms, and anyone who wants to feel stronger and happier, aged 19 to 59. Total newbies, longtime fitness lovers, all are welcome. Hamari jaan hai ISTA (ISTA is our soul) – the vibe is for everyone.
Why It Works
Nobody else can make you healthy if you’re not ready to start. I believe fitness should feel fun and real, not stressful. If you want a community that hypes you up, this is it.
