No doctor or medicine can fix everything if you’re not ready to step up. Health sirf dawaon se nahi, lifestyle se banti hai. (Health isn’t made from medicines, it’s made from lifestyle.) My role is to guide and mentor, so you actually understand what your body needs, not just follow some random list.

My Story

Hey, Rashmi here! ISTA isn’t just another gym - it’s our hangout spot, our ‘Girlie Gang’ adda. Been coaching for 15+ years, watched new moms get their groove back and seniors find their spark.
