When I started ISTA in Palam Vihar, I wanted to create a place where you actually look forward to showing up. You are not just a number here. We are a community of women, ranging from 19 to 59, who support each other through every squat, jump, and stretch. I am Rashmi, and I built ISTA because I wanted a space where you can actually be yourself—no judgment, just good vibes. My goal is not to sell you a gym membership; it is to help you find your 'Girlie Gang' and get stronger, one session at a time.
