My Story
Hey, Rashmi here! ISTA isn’t just another gym - it’s our hangout spot, our ‘Girlie Gang’ adda. Been coaching for 15+ years, watched new moms get their groove back and seniors find their spark. We laugh, we celebrate, we sweat together. Body bhi tone ho jayegi, mood bhi mast rahega (your body will get toned, your mood will be awesome).
