Just bring your water bottle; we provide the mats and ensure the vibe is always supportive.

Yoga and Pilates at ISTA aren’t about contorting yourself into impossible poses. We treat these sessions as a 'happy hour' for your body. If you have been dealing with slouchy posture from desk work or just need a space to decompress, this is it.
What to Expect in Our Classes

- Community Support: This is a safe space for women aged 19 to 59. Whether you are a total beginner or looking to deepen your practice, our environment is non-judgmental. We laugh, we sweat, and we support each other.

Do I need my own equipment? We provide standard PVC yoga mats and stability balls. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and comfy workout gear.
I have never done Pilates before. Is this for me? Absolutely. Our group sessions are structured for beginners and pros alike. We prioritize safety and form correction, ensuring you get the most out of every movement without risk of injury.
How many classes can I attend? Our monthly membership covers unlimited group access, including Yoga, Mat Pilates, and other dance fitness sessions. You get full access to the studio roster for 30 days.
