Core Activities

- Bollywood Fit: Dance routines to trending Hindi songs focused on movement over technical perfection.
- Mat Aerobics: Floor-based conditioning using vinyl-coated dumbbells and body weight.
Schedule & Facility
- Frequency: Batches run 5-6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Timings: Morning and Evening slots available, including Ladies Special Batches (e.g., 4 PM).
- Studio Floor: Wood-look tiled flooring (cushioned training shoes are mandatory for joint protection).
- Climate: Air-conditioned studio with wall-mounted fans.

Strength & Core Program (Pilates & TRX)
Technical Training
- Mat Pilates: Floor-based core strengthening and flexibility exercises (mats provided). Note: Does not use Reformer machines.
- TRX Suspension: Bodyweight resistance training using wall-anchored straps.
- Kettlebell Workouts: Functional strength movements like swings and squats using cast-iron kettlebells.
Batch Specifics
- Schedule: Fixed days only (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).
- Time: Late morning slots (e.g., 11 AM).
- Group Size: Small semi-private batch (approx 8-12 participants) for focused instructor correction.
Focus
- Goal: Muscle toning, inch-loss, and endurance (non-cardio based).
- Props: Full usage of yoga mats, TRX straps, and kettlebells included.

- Gymnastics Basics: Fundamental skills including handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and forward rolls.

At Hash Dance Studio, we keep things simple: fitness should be fun. Honestly, hamara funda hai (our principle is) - get fit without feeling bored or punished. We’ve been doing this for years, and yeah, sometimes our classes are more like a celebration than a workout.
Choose Your Vibe
- Zumba: Naach, gaana, full-on energy. We love dance workout for groups, both inside our studio and outdoors. Freestyle Zumba, kabhi under lights, kabhi open air.
- Aerobics & Step Aerobics: Classic moves, lots of sweat. Early morning batches plus all-female options.
- Yoga & Pilates: Group yoga for flexibility and strength. If you want calmer vibes, these sessions are chilled out.
- Kettlebell, TRX, Functional Training: Hardcore stuff for those who want to push. Mix of equipment and bodyweight drills.
Sabko Jaga Hai (There's space for everyone)
- Ladies: Special female-only batches. Women power, always.
- Kids: Zumba and yoga camps for the little ones.
- 50+: Age doesn’t matter. Our inclusive fitness classes mean anyone can join.
- Everyone else: No experience needed. Just bring your energy.

My Story
You know, I always say, jab mood ho naachne ka, toh bas naach lo! (If you feel like dancing, just dance!) That’s how Hash Dance Studio started. I love helping shy folks break out and own the stage. Biggest high? Choreographing a wild 'Naatu Naatu' flashmob at Red Fort for the German Embassy staff—met M.M. Keeravani Sir because of it! From India Gate to Italy, we bring Bollywood energy everywhere. Dekho aur seekho—just watch, learn, and dance, yaar.
My Work
All The Moves - We teach Bollywood, Hiphop, Salsa, Freestyle, Ballroom, Garba, plus Zumba, Pilates, Aerobics, Yoga, and gym. Flashmobs too!
Wedding & Event Choreography - From sangeet to anniversaries, we make everyone groove. Done events in Delhi, Jaipur, even Italy. Bollywood flashmob choreography is our jam.
Fitness For All - Zumba fitness for all ages—kids to 50+, plus women-only batches. Workouts here are never boring!
