My Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course, affiliated with S-VYASA University, is designed to make you a certified instructor. This video shows students learning various inversions and poses in our studio.

A student shares her experience during an aerial and mat yoga class. Watch her progress from floor poses to challenging inversions on the silk hammock.

Using straps to build upper body and core strength. This is a preparatory exercise that helps build the stability needed for more advanced aerial and bungee work.

An inverted pose using suspension straps, which helps to decompress the spine and improve circulation. This is a key part of my functional fitness approach.

Our studio is a place of joy and celebration. Here, students enjoy a lighthearted moment during a special Valentine's Day themed aerial yoga class.

The HITYOGA studio, fully equipped with colorful aerial hammocks, is ready for our next class. This is where we fly, stretch, and grow together.

Students finding comfort and relaxation in the aerial hammocks during a cool-down session. The silks provide gentle support for deep stretches and savasana.

A class begins with grounding meditation on the mat, even in our aerial studio. We always start by centering our minds before taking flight.

The sun streams into our studio, illuminating the aerial silks. It's a peaceful and energizing space designed for your practice.

About Aerial Yoga: Fly With Us

Aerial yoga is not just about the impressive inversions you see on Instagram. Here, it is about safety first. We limit our batch sizes to 10 to 12 students so that I or my certified instructors can personally adjust your hammock rigging and guide your movements. It is about building real core stability while letting the silks handle the weight, rather than just swinging around without a plan.
