Let’s flip your perspective. Whether you want to decompress your spine or just try something new, our aerial yoga classes in Basaveshwar Nagar get you off the ground in a safe and supportive space.

My Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Course, affiliated with S-VYASA University, is designed to make you a certified instructor. This video shows students learning various inversions and poses in our studio.

A student shares her experience during an aerial and mat yoga class. Watch her progress from floor poses to challenging inversions on the silk hammock.

A collage showcasing the variety in my classes, from grounding pranayama and mat work to the freedom of aerial yoga poses.

Using straps to build upper body and core strength. This is a preparatory exercise that helps build the stability needed for more advanced aerial and bungee work.

An inverted pose using suspension straps, which helps to decompress the spine and improve circulation. This is a key part of my functional fitness approach.

Our studio is a place of joy and celebration. Here, students enjoy a lighthearted moment during a special Valentine's Day themed aerial yoga class.

The HITYOGA studio, fully equipped with colorful aerial hammocks, is ready for our next class. This is where we fly, stretch, and grow together.

About this collection

Aerial yoga is not just about the impressive inversions you see on Instagram. Here, it is about safety first. We limit our batch sizes to 10 to 12 students so that I or my certified instructors can personally adjust your hammock rigging and guide your movements. It is about building real core stability while letting the silks handle the weight, rather than just swinging around without a plan.

Why Aerial Yoga at HITYOGA

Many of my students come to me with a common goal: spinal decompression. Spending hours at a desk compresses the spine, and aerial yoga provides the perfect solution. Using professional-grade silk hammocks, we allow gravity to do the work, helping you stretch deeply and release tension that mat-based yoga sometimes cannot reach.

Our Safety Protocol

I treat rigging and safety as a non-negotiable aspect of the practice. Every hammock in the Fit Palace studio is professionally rigged, and we monitor the equipment daily. Because these classes involve inversions, drops, and deep stretches, we do not pack the room. Small groups ensure you get the attention you need to learn proper form, preventing strain and ensuring you feel secure while you are upside down.

What to Expect

We start every session by centering the mind, even before we take flight. My classes combine traditional yoga principles with the fun of aerial flow. We focus on:

  • Spinal Alignment: Using the hammock to relieve pressure on the lower back.
  • Core Engagement: Functional movements that build strength without straining joints.
  • Confidence: Learning to trust the silk so you can try inversions and drops you never thought you could do.

Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, there is a place for you here. This is not a gym where you are just a number. You are part of our HITYOGA community, and we cheer for every student as they master their first inversion. Jai Anjaneya.
