Aerial Yoga in Noida: Decompress and Strengthen
Experience the freedom of aerial yoga. We use silk hammocks to help you decompress your spine, build core strength, and make your daily practice both fun and deeply restorative.
Aerial yoga allows for a divine feeling of completeness, using the hammock to support the body in poses that unite body, mind, and spirit.

This video highlights the many benefits of aerial back bending, from reducing stress and increasing energy to building core strength and confidence.

About this collection
Every session uses high-load capacity aerial hammocks and crash mats for total safety, allowing you to invert without fear. Whether you are a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, we guide you through each inversion so you can release vertebral tension and build stability without putting pressure on your joints.
Why Aerial Yoga at Sivapta?
Aerial yoga is more than just a trend; it is a powerful therapeutic tool for the modern body. In our studio, we use the hammock to overcome the limitations of gravity. When you are suspended, your spine undergoes gentle traction, which helps to decompress the vertebrae and alleviate pressure on the discs. This is especially beneficial if you spend long hours at a desk or suffer from chronic back stiffness.
What You Will Experience
Our classes focus on three pillars: inversion, suspension, and relaxation.
- Spinal Decompression: By hanging upside down (inversions), we encourage blood flow and relieve the vertical compression our spines endure daily.
- Core Engagement: The instability of the hammock forces your deep core muscles to fire. You will find yourself building strength in postures that might be challenging on a flat mat.
- Floating Savasana: We end every session with a guided relaxation inside the cocooned hammock, allowing you to experience total stillness.
Safety First
We strictly limit batch sizes to 10 students. This ensures that every individual gets hands-on spotting from our instructors. Your safety is our priority, and our studio is equipped with specialized crash mats and robust rigs tested for load-bearing capacity. You do not need to be flexible to start; the hammock is here to support you, not to test you.
