Here is a look at what my 12-Week Mind and Body Transformation program includes. We cover everything from Hatha Yoga and Pranayama to functional strength training and cardio.
A typical session in our Mind and Body program includes a flow of Surya Namaskara for warm-up, followed by Pranayama breathing exercises and guided meditation to center the mind.
Fitness is a journey, not a destination. Here I am pushing my own limits with a 100-meter sprint, a reminder that a healthy body is the foundation for a clear mind.

About 12-Week Mind & Body Transformation
This isn't a generic fitness course. We train at the Fit Palace floor in Basaveshwar Nagar, combining intense gym sessions with Hatha Yoga and outdoor trekking to keep you engaged. You will be working across diverse disciplines like Zumba and strength training, which ensures your body never hits that dreaded plateau common in standard gym routines.
Most transformation programs focus only on aesthetics, which often leads to burnout. My 12-week program is different because it treats fitness as a lifestyle rather than a chore. We use a hybrid approach that integrates the stability and flexibility of Hatha Yoga with the metabolic boost of functional strength training and cardio.
We operate out of the Fit Palace gym floor, a space with an industrial aesthetic and rubberized flooring that is perfect for both high-impact gym work and grounded yoga asanas. You will not be doing the same thing every day. One session might focus on traditional Surya Namaskar flows for joint mobility, while the next involves high-energy functional training using ropes or tires to build endurance.
This is a serious commitment. You get unlimited access to group Hatha and Ashtanga classes alongside your gym membership. We also incorporate outdoor trekking, which acts as a fantastic reset button, taking your fitness practice away from screens and mirrors and into nature. It is about building a body that performs, not just one that looks good.
The 'Mind and Body' aspect is literal—you get periodic consultations with me to track progress and adjust your diet guidelines based on your real-world lifestyle. If you are struggling with sedentary work-life issues like back or neck pain, we specifically integrate therapy-focused yoga techniques to correct your posture while you build strength.
