Why I Do This
Pregnancy taught me that yoga is more than just asanas - it's a friend that stays with you through every up and down. I believe every woman’s body already knows how to bring a baby into the world. My job is to help you trust that instinct and make you feel at home in your changing body.
What You Get
- We meet three times a week for live, online prenatal yoga classes. No stress about experience level - beginners are totally welcome.
- Each session is a blend of:
- Gentle, modified asanas to make space for your growing baby.
- Pelvic floor strengthening for pregnancy and back/hip support.
- Breathing techniques for labor (pranayama).
- Meditation and Garbhasanskar-inspired bonding moments.
- Real, solid rest at the end of each class (not just lying down and thinking about your to-do list).
- Workshops go deeper: group birth preparation workshops, Lamaze-based labor education, and special sessions like Yoga Nidra (my “Womb Whispers”).
- Partners can join for labor prep webinars - it’s always better together, right?

- Start anytime from week 12 to 32.
- No yoga background needed.
- Everything is online, join from home, pajama friendly.

My Story
Hi, I’m Aparna. Used to design buildings, now help women design their birth journeys. My own pregnancy flipped everything for me - contractions, fear, then boom, mindset shift. Yoga and Lamaze saved me, so I trained up and started sharing that magic. Over 2000 mamas later, still learning, still laughing with my daughter Bhadra. I’m not just a trainer, I’m a mom right in the thick of it with you.
