Why I Do This
Pregnancy taught me that yoga is more than just asanas - it's a friend that stays with you through every up and down. I believe every woman’s body already knows how to bring a baby into the world. My job is to help you trust that instinct and make you feel at home in your changing body.

My Story
Hi, I’m Aparna. Used to design buildings, now help women design their birth journeys. My own pregnancy flipped everything for me - contractions, fear, then boom, mindset shift. Yoga and Lamaze saved me, so I trained up and started sharing that magic. Over 2000 mamas later, still learning, still laughing with my daughter Bhadra.
