Our studio in Sahakar Nagar is built on the belief that yoga is better when done together. From our International Yoga Day gatherings to our casual, fun-filled challenges, we create spaces for connection that extend well beyond the hour spent on the mat. You will find seniors moving through chair yoga, mothers-to-be finding comfort, and kids building focus, all under one roof. We keep our batches small to ensure that you are seen, heard, and guided by instructors who care about your alignment and your well-being. This is a community where you can truly show up for yourself, exactly as you are.
