About Our Yoga Community
We intentionally keep our batches small because personalized attention matters. When you are in a pose, whether it is for core strengthening or restorative stretching, I want to be able to guide your alignment or help you use props like blocks and straps. This ensures you are practicing safely, regardless of whether you are a total beginner or someone dealing with specific physical limitations.
Our studio in Kaggadasapura isn't about fancy mirrors or loud music. It is a space built for steady progress. We see a mix of people every day—seniors working on mobility, parents de-stressing after work, and beginners learning the basics of Hatha and Vinyasa flow. We focus on how yoga can actually support your health, whether that means managing back pain, improving sleep through Jyoti Trataka, or just building better core strength.
Because we prioritize functional health, we include therapeutic techniques that go beyond standard stretching. If you have never used props, we teach you how to use them to hold poses longer and release tension without straining. Our classes are designed to be practical. We address the 'why' behind every movement so you understand how your practice helps with issues like BP, diabetes, or stiffness. We are not here to push you into advanced poses before you are ready. We are here to help you build a sustainable routine that you can maintain long-term in a group that keeps you motivated.
