Our Supportive Yoga Community in Delhi
Yoga at our studio is more than just asanas. We are a family that practices, learns, and grows together, making our training as much about connection as it is about discipline.
Our internal yoga competition is a celebration of practice and progress. It's a fun, supportive event where students showcase their skills and cheer each other on, embodying the spirit of 'khel-khel me yog'.
We often participate in larger community events like this 'Yoga for Humanity' session. It's an opportunity for our trainees to share their practice and experience the unifying power of yoga on a larger scale.
A happy moment captured after a challenging and rewarding class. The smiles and camaraderie show the strong bonds that are formed during our teacher training course.

Together on the path of yoga. We believe that learning in a group environment accelerates growth and provides an invaluable network of support that lasts long after the course is over.
About Our Supportive Community
You will find that our community is built on mutual support rather than competition. Whether we are hosting an internal yoga competition or gathering for outdoor sessions, the goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing your challenges. You will not just learn postures here, you will find peers who cheer for your progress.
Why Community Matters in Yoga
Traditional yoga practice, especially when you are training to become a teacher, can be intense. It requires dedication, discipline, and often, long hours of focused effort. We believe that having a strong support system makes all the difference. When you join our training at our Laxmi Nagar studio, you become part of a network that lasts far beyond the 1.5 months of your course.
Life Inside Our Training
Our approach is grounded in the philosophy of 'khel-khel me yog', or yoga through play. We break the monotony of rigid practice by integrating group activities and celebrations.
- Internal Competitions: We host events where students showcase their skills. This is not about winning a trophy, but about gaining the confidence to perform and teach in front of others.
- Outdoor Sessions: We step out of the studio walls and into local parks, connecting with nature and the larger community. It is refreshing and helps you understand how to lead a class in an open environment.
- Small Batches: We cap our batch sizes at 15 students. This ensures that you get personal attention from us, and it also allows you to build genuine friendships with your fellow trainees.
A Path for Everyone
Whether you are a beginner looking to understand the basics of Hatha yoga or an aspiring teacher preparing for your 200-hour or 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification, you will find peers at different stages of their own journey. We encourage this diversity because it creates a richer learning environment where everyone learns from one another.
Come and visit us in Laxmi Nagar to see how we practice. We are always happy to welcome new members into our growing family.
