Group Pole Fitness Session
Session Format
- Duration: 60 minutes per session.
- Batch Size: Small group (approx. 4 to 8 participants).
- Instructor: Taught personally by the founder, Prachi Helekar.
- Level: Open to all levels (Beginner to Intermediate).
Equipment & Routine
- Apparatus: Shared access to professional floor-to-ceiling chrome/steel poles (Static & Spinning modes).
- Safety: Crash mats provided for trick attempts; studio grip aids available.
- Structure: Includes mobility warm-up, strength conditioning drills, specific trick learning, and cool-down.
Facility & Perks
- Studio: Air-conditioned space in Vashi with full-length mirrors and aesthetic lighting.
- Content Creation: Tripod-friendly space allows recording practice videos.
- Amenities: Changing room, storage cubbies, and drinking water station.

- Exclusivity: Zero equipment sharing ensures 100% active time on the pole.

What Pole Fitness Means To Us
Pole Fitness isn’t just about looking cool spinning around a pole. For me, it’s a mix of art, therapy, and a killer workout. I started this in Navi Mumbai because I wanted a space where anyone could feel strong and expressive, no matter where they’re starting from.
No Strength? No Problem
Most folks walk in saying, “I have zero upper body strength.” Trust me, you don’t need it to begin. You’ll build it here, step by step. That first awkward spin? Happens to everyone. The best part is watching yourself go from “yeh toh mushkil hai” (this is tough) to “arre, ho gaya!” (wow, I did it!).
The Vibe Here
It’s all about support and laughs. We mess up, we fall, we get back up. Nobody’s judging. Sometimes it’s just “bas ho raha hai” (it’s just happening) and that’s enough. You’ll find your squad, and honestly, that’s half the fun.

Hey! We’re the Helekars, and this spot is our baby - Navi Mumbai’s first full-on Pilates studio. Not just a business, yaar, it’s family vibes here. We started out loving how Pilates hits both body and mind. Now, our studio’s a place to sweat, joke, dance, and make friends. Our instructors? Total gems. We hype you up, even when you’re doubting yourself. Come reset, refocus, and just be you.
