Pole fitness is 100% approachable, even if you’re walking in with zero upper-body strength. We start with the basics in our small, founder-led batches in Vashi, where the only requirement is showing up and being ready to laugh at your own wobbly spins. You’ll be guided through every grip and transition, and honestly, that moment when you finally nail your first trick is exactly why we do this.

Forget the stereotypes; this is functional fitness disguised as art. In our Vashi studio, we focus on small group classes—usually 4 to 8 people—so Prachi, our founder, can actually spot your form and help you get those climbs and spins right. You aren't just a number here; you're part of the squad.

Do I need strength to start? Nope. We build it on the pole. We start with mobility and conditioning drills before moving to the fun stuff. You will get stronger, but you don't need to be strong to begin.

What is the vibe like? Expect good music, sweaty mirrors, and a lot of encouragement. We keep it real—sometimes you’ll feel graceful, other times you’ll wobble. Both are totally part of the process.

Private vs. Group? Want privacy or faster progression? Grab a private 1-on-1 session where it’s just you and the pole with continuous spotting. Otherwise, our group classes offer that community hype that makes the hard parts easier.

Is it safe? We have crash mats, grip aids, and professional poles. We don't mess around with safety.
