About Our Pole Journeys
You might think you need rock-solid arms before your first pole class, but that is exactly why you are here. Our sessions start with a proper mobility warm-up and conditioning drills, so you are not just throwing yourself on the pole. We take it slow, teaching you how to grip and trust your body, which means you will be nailing those foundational spins and transitions faster than you think, even if you are a complete beginner.
Pole fitness is essentially strength training disguised as dance. At our Vashi studio, we have made sure it is a space where you can actually fail without feeling weird about it. That first awkward spin? We have all been there.
Our founder-led group classes run for 60 minutes and include everything you need. We have floor-to-ceiling chrome and steel poles that support both static and spinning modes, plus crash mats for when you are ready to try inversions. We do not just teach you tricks. We focus on mobility, core conditioning, and finding your own flow.
Whether you are in it for a full-body workout, a mental reset after a long day, or just to get that 'wow, I did it' feeling, you will fit right in. We keep our batches small, with roughly 4 to 8 people, so you get proper attention. If you want to level up faster or need a custom routine for dance choreography, we also offer 1-on-1 coaching where the playlist is yours and the pacing is entirely up to you.
