Most people walk through our doors in Vashi convinced they can't do a single pull-up, let alone a spin. Forget that. We start with basics, use crash mats for safety, and move at a pace that actually feels good. You’ll build that strength on the pole, not before you step onto it.

The biggest myth we bust? That you need to be fit before you start. You really don't. We focus on progressions, meaning we teach you the foundations so you get stronger while you learn. By the time you are trying those transitions, your body has already adapted.
A Safe Space to Learn
We keep our group sessions small, usually between 4 to 8 people. This means Prachi (our founder) can actually see what you are doing and help you with your form. We provide professional crash mats and grip aids, so you can push your limits without the fear of falling.

Our space is fully air-conditioned with floor-to-ceiling chrome and steel poles. We have full-length mirrors and aesthetic lighting, which is perfect if you want to record your practice sessions.
