This is our amazing student, Sharmada. Not only is she a dedicated yogini, but she also recites Shlokas from the Bhagavad Gita, reminding us of the importance of culture and values.

About Our Student Stories
Every child starts their yoga journey at a different pace, which is why we keep our classes in semi-private batches of 8-15 children. This environment allows even the shyest child to find their voice, giving them the personal attention needed to master poses while feeling supported by their peers in a fun, non-competitive setting.
How Our Young Yogis Grow
When we started our kids' program in JP Nagar, we didn't just want to teach asanas. We wanted to build a space where children like Charvi and Sharmada could develop focus, confidence, and physical agility. Our approach is holistic, moving beyond standard exercise to include creative movement, breathwork, and cultural values.
The Hamsa Approach
- Playful Learning: We incorporate props like yoga wheels, blocks, and chairs to keep engagement high. For kids, yoga shouldn't feel like homework, so we blend movement with games and storytelling.
- Focus & Calm: Through simple techniques like Trataka (candle gazing), we help children build the concentration needed for academic success and better sleep patterns.
- Strength & Confidence: Whether it's our popular Aerial Yoga hammocks that offer a 'flying' sensation or traditional mat-based balancing poses, we prioritize building core strength in a supervised, safe environment.
