I believe in making yoga a fun, healthy part of childhood. My sessions focus on playful movement, breathwork, and simple poses to help your kids build focus, confidence, and strength, all in a pressure-free environment.

A glimpse into my yoga classes for a healthier generation, where children learn foundational poses like Tree Pose and Bridge Pose. My goal is to make wellness a fun and natural part of their lives from an early age.

This video showcases the amazing strength and flexibility of my young students. From wall-assisted handstands to deep backbends, they approach each challenge with focus and enthusiasm.

Witnessing a young student's progress as she masters a challenging arm balance is incredibly rewarding. Her focus and determination are an inspiration, showing what is possible with consistent practice.

Leading a large meditation session for students at a school. I teach simple breathwork and mindfulness techniques that help improve concentration, enhance memory, and manage stress.

Another wonderful group of young practitioners, united in a moment of peace after class. I aim to create a space where every child feels encouraged and supported.

About Yoga for Kids & Families

My classes are not about perfection, they are about connection. In each 45 to 60-minute session, we mix foundational asanas like Tree Pose with memory games and breathwork designed specifically for shorter attention spans. I limit my kids' batches to 15 students to ensure I can provide individual attention and safety, especially when we use wall supports for inversions.

When children learn to find balance on the mat, they carry that calm into their daily lives. My goal is to help students manage stress, improve concentration, and build physical resilience through consistent practice, or Abhyaasa.

What we do in class

  • Foundational Asanas: We start with basics like Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog) and Vrikshasana (Tree Pose), focusing on alignment rather than flexibility.
  • Cognitive Drills: I integrate simple memory games and focus exercises to keep engagement high.
  • Wall-Supported Poses: We safely practice inversions like Sirsasana using wall ropes for balance and confidence.
  • Partner & Family Yoga: For the Parent-Child memberships, we focus on partner-assisted stretches and shared poses that encourage bonding and communication.

Why my approach works

Yoga should fit into real life. Whether it is a child struggling with focus or a parent looking for a meaningful activity to share, I create space for everyone. We work out of my studio in Konanakunte, Bengaluru, where we have marble flooring and large mirrors that help students learn self-correction.

I believe the best way for a child to learn is by having fun. We laugh, we play, and we breathe. It is not just about physical movement, it is about giving them tools to handle their emotions and their energy. If you are looking for a place where your child can grow without pressure, you are home here.
