About Flying High: Kids Aerial Yoga
Our aerial sessions turn traditional yoga into a dynamic adventure. We use soft hammocks to help kids build core strength, improve balance, and gain confidence through play. Every child receives guided, one-on-one spotting from our instructors to ensure they feel safe while they hang, swing, or stretch.
Aerial yoga turns exercise into an engaging, upside-down adventure. While the kids are busy having fun and learning how to fly, they are actually building significant core stability and body awareness.
Safety is our non-negotiable priority. We keep our batches semi-private, with roughly 8 to 15 students, to ensure every child gets the instructor's full attention. Whether it is an inversion, a swing, or a deep stretch, our team is there to spot them and provide the right support.
These sessions are perfect for active children who find static classes dull. We combine the aerial work with mindfulness practices, using simple breathwork and candle-gazing techniques, known as Trataka, to help children manage stress and improve their concentration.
Our studios in JP Nagar 7th Phase and Akshayanagar are equipped with professional-grade aerial silks and soft flooring. We provide all the necessary props, from foam blocks to yoga wheels, so you only need to send your child in comfortable clothes.
