About Yoga for Children & Teens
We don't believe in forcing children to sit still for an hour. In our classes, we use 'Krida Yoga'—or memory games—and storytelling to teach asanas like Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) and Chakrasana (Wheel Pose). It turns a workout into a session they actually look forward to, while building the core strength and concentration they need for school and sports.
Whether your child is 5 or 15, our sessions at our Kandivali West studio focus on building healthy habits early. We cover physical development, such as posture correction and flexibility for those interested in competitive Yogasana, but that is only one part of the journey. For many, our primary goal is helping them manage exam anxiety and improve concentration through Pranayama and Tratak techniques.
Each batch is limited to 12-15 students, which allows us to provide hands-on manual adjustments and personal guidance. We believe in teaching the 'why' behind every move—whether it is an active flow or a grounding meditation session—so that children understand how yoga supports their bodies and minds. For those practicing from home, our live Zoom sessions offer real-time interaction and verbal correction, ensuring your child learns the technique correctly, regardless of location. We are YCB and AYUSH certified, meaning your child learns authentic, safe, and structured yoga that supports their natural growth phases.
