Yoga is more than just poses; it is a way to find balance and stillness. In our JP Nagar shala, we create a space where children learn to breathe, focus, and grow with joy.

This image captures the pure, unfiltered joy that is at the heart of my classes. It’s not about perfect poses, but about finding happiness and ease in our bodies. This is the kind of shanti, or peace, that we cultivate together.

A glimpse into the energy and variety of our kids' summer camp. We move, we play, we learn, and most importantly, we connect with ourselves and each other in a space free from competition.

Our Music and Meditation workshops are a beautiful example of how we blend mindfulness with creativity. Here, a wonderful group of children discovered that stillness and joy can emerge naturally through sound and connection.

I believe in guiding each child with gentle support. Here, we are using ropes not for advanced poses, but to build trust and explore movement in a playful, safe way. It’s about discovering strength with a sense of fun.

Chanting the Yoga Sutras is a powerful way for children to connect with the deeper roots of yoga. The vibrations of the Sanskrit chants help calm the mind and elevate the spirit, planting seeds of inner peace.

We explore many forms of mindful movement, including ancient Indian martial arts. This poster announced our Kalaripayattu workshop, a practice that builds incredible strength, fluidity, and focus for both kids and adults.
