About this collection
When we perform at events like Ganesh Chaturthi or International Yoga Day, it is not about achieving perfection on stage. It is about teaching kids to stay calm, focused, and present while a crowd watches. Whether we are doing a formation on stage or practicing in a field, the goal is always to build the inner strength that keeps them steady, no matter the environment.
Why Perform?
Yoga practice often stays inside the four walls of a studio. But when we take it to the stage or a community field, the dynamic shifts. It becomes about managing nerves, supporting peers, and showing what they have built. For a child who might be shy, standing up with their group to hold a Vrikshasana (Tree Pose) or a challenging transition on stage is a massive win. It is a confidence booster that carries over into their school and social life.
Safety in Numbers
People often ask if it is safe to do these poses outside the studio. The answer is yes, but only with proper preparation. We never jump into stage performances without months of foundation. My students train in alignment and breath control long before they showcase Bakasana or headstands in public. We use the same safety principles—spotting, alignment, and respect for individual limits—whether we are on a stage or in an open ground.
Join Our Community
We do not perform for fame; we do it to celebrate our journey. From local festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi to larger gatherings on International Yoga Day, these events are how we build our tribe. If you want your child to learn discipline, gain the confidence to stand tall in a crowd, and be part of a supportive group, come join us at my Gunjur studio.
Shashi Prabha Dwivedi
I’m Shashi. I believe yoga is meant to be shared, and seeing my students shine on stage is the best part of my job. We build discipline in the studio so we can have fun, celebrate, and perform with confidence in the real world.
