Yoga doesn't have to be boring. At our JP Nagar and Akshayanagar studios, we swap stiff routines for props, games, and play, helping kids build strength and focus while having a total blast.

Teamwork makes the dream work. Our kids love creating group poses, learning to support each other while building strength and having a great time.

Our kids' batch flows through a gentle Surya Namaskar sequence, including poses like Ashwa Sanchalanasana and Bhujangasana. These sessions, held every weekday, are perfect for building a strong foundation in yoga.
