About Yoga for Kids: Playful & Mindful
Our kids' sessions are not about sitting perfectly still for an hour. We use games, storytelling, and animal-inspired poses to teach breath control, helping children release pent-up energy and find a sense of quiet focus that naturally carries over into their schoolwork.
Modern life can be overwhelming for children, with constant screen time and academic pressure creating stress early on. At Divine Soul Yoga, we provide a necessary sanctuary where kids can step away from the noise. Our approach to yoga for kids is grounded in movement and play, ensuring that children view wellness as a joyful habit rather than a rigid chore.

We focus on the holistic development of your child. Through specific Asanas and Pranayama (breathwork) adapted for younger bodies, we help improve:

Whether it is our summer camps in Delhi and Chandigarh or school sessions in Hoshiarpur, our methodology remains consistent. We utilize the Guru-Shishya Parampara spirit to create a mentor-student bond that encourages curiosity. Each session is structured to be engaging—think of it as a blend of movement, mindfulness, and laughter. We believe that when a child learns to connect with their own 'Shanti' or inner peace, they carry that balance with them, whether they are in the classroom, on the playground, or at home.
We welcome beginners and active kids alike. You do not need to be flexible or calm to join us; you just need to be ready to have some fun and explore a new way to move.
